A Bit About Me

Meet Jessie, she holds a Master's degree in dietetic education from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's in Dietetics from Michigan State University.

 

Transitioning from the food industry to a role at an MD-run functional medicine clinic, she discovered her passion for functional nutrition, furthering her expertise through training at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.

 

With a deep understanding of functional nutrition and a love for food science, Jessie's focus now lies in enriching lives through culinary education, advocating for vibrant, seasonal cooking for everyday enthusiasts.

  • Has worked in functional nutrition since 2018, counseling clients in culinary education to help expand their restrictive diets as able

  • Knowledge and experience reviewing functional nutrition labs, supplements, diet, and lifestyle with clients, to create personalized recommendations for improved overall health, in particular gut health
