Meet Jessie, she holds a Master's degree in dietetic education from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's in Dietetics from Michigan State University.
Transitioning from the food industry to a role at an MD-run functional medicine clinic, she discovered her passion for functional nutrition, furthering her expertise through training at the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
With a deep understanding of functional nutrition and a love for food science, Jessie's focus now lies in enriching lives through culinary education, advocating for vibrant, seasonal cooking for everyday enthusiasts.
